This build-to-suit automotive sequencing center served a global OEM automotive manufacturer to support its South American exporting operations. SUVs were strategically disassembled, packaged and shipped to South America for reassembly. This front-end operation to a customized program was designed to reduce tariffs. Facility amenities include 20 truck wells, a back-up energy system, 28 feet of clear height and 300 feet of covered building rail access and rail trunk installation.
