This build-to-suit warehouse was designed to support the just-in-time parts delivery for a major OEM automotive assembly plant. The fast-track project was completed in nine months and included construction and fit-out for 10,000 square feet of office space, a 5,000 square foot computer center and 348,200 square foot warehousing area operated by state-of-the-art software and picking hardware. The facility has 15 truck wells to ensure deliveries without delay.
